Energy Balancing Therapy (EBT) is a holistic approach that focuses on restoring and harmonising the flow of energy in the body to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

I approach sessions intuitively, attuning to your unique needs and energy flow. I believe that each individual possesses an innate brightness within their body, capable of guiding them towards healing and growth. By connecting with your inner wisdom, you can unlock the potential for profound transformation.

Utilising my experience as a Feldenkrais practitioner, I incorporate gentle movement explorations and awareness exercises to help you develop a deeper understanding of your body’s mechanics. This emphasises the importance of awareness and mindfulness in your movement, allowing you to uncover new opportunities for efficiency and comfort.

Together, we’ll explore simple and easy movements that support the needs of your musculoskeletal system. You may be experiencing discomfort, stiffness, or limited mobility, but this gentle therapy can help to release tension, improve alignment, and restore balance to your body.

Throughout your session, I’ll guide you in tuning into the subtle sensations and feedback from your body, fostering a deeper connection and trust in your it’s natural intelligence.  You’ll learn to move with greater ease, reducing strain and effort in your daily activities.

Craig Rebuck is a well versed and experienced Energy practitioner with over 30 years practical experience with different “mind, body and spirit “trainings.

Craig bases most of his work on experiential results whereby each of the modules have sound practical and well supported results with many different clients over years.

There will be supportive and creative practitioners joining and facilitating the course.
